What condition are the bags in?

LIKE NEW: Comes with original packaging (box/dustbag) and appears unused.

EXCELLENT: Minimal signs of use. May not include original packaging (box/dustbag).

VERY GOOD: Noticeable signs of use with minor wear and tear.

GOOD: Visible signs of use, such as scratches or worn leather.

We will also note if the bag contains a smell.

How do we guarantee authenticity?

Before issuing a certificate of authenticity, our bags undergo two thorough inspections.

First, each bag is carefully examined by our trusted supplier before being sent to us. Then, our in-house specialist, with over 10 years of experience, conducts a second detailed inspection to ensure its authenticity before we provide the bag with its personal certificate

What payment options do you offer?

We offer a variety of payment options to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible. You can pay using major credit and debit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

We also accept payments through Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Additionally we provide the option to pay via a payment plan through Klarna

Please note that sncvintage is unable to provide detailed information regarding eligibility for Klarna payments. For any questions about Klarna's payment options, such as Pay Now, Pay Later, and Slice It, please contact Klarna's customer service.

Can I request a bag that is not in inventory?

Yes, you can request a bag that is currently out of stock. Please contact our customer service team with details about the bag you are looking for, and we will do our best to source it for you or provide updates on its availability. What is the delivery time?

Your bag will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving your payment. It typically takes 2-5 business days for the bag to arrive at your location, depending on your shipping address.

What is your return policy?

Sncvintage offers a 14-day return policy after receiving your order.

To initiate a return, please send an email to return@sncvintage.com, including your order number and indicating “return request” in the subject line. Our Customer Support team will verify and approve your return, providing further instructions via email.

To qualify for a return, the product must be unused and in its original condition.

The item must be shipped back to us, and once we have received it, the return will be reviewed and approved within 24 hours, provided it meets all return requirements. Refunds will be processed only after the return has been approved.

Please be aware that the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the sender, and all returns to Sncvintage must be trackable. Ensure you keep your shipping receipt and tracking number until the return process is completed and you’ve received your refund.

Allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed from the date of shipping, considering potential variations based on the shipping country and provider.

Sncvintage reserves the right to deny the return or claim compensation for the full value of the item if any of the above conditions are not met.

How are your products shipped?

We ship all our products via PostNord using a fully trackable service, ensuring secure and reliable delivery.

What is included with the bag?

With each bag, you will receive a dust bag (if the original dust bag is unavailable), a certificate of authenticity, and a box featuring Sncvintage branding of course :)
